My passion for building custom homes or completing commercial projects is second only to the love I have for my family. Thirty-plus years ago, at the invitation of my father, then an owner/builder, I did the framing and finish carpentry on my very first quality custom home on California’s Central Coast.

The satisfaction I felt from stepping back and looking at the angle of a plumbed and lined, well-designed masterpiece of a home is something I never forgot. It inspired me to remain working in the trades ever since.
I continued doing foundation work and framing on many custom homes in the San Luis Obispo area and later spent a few years learning stuccoing: lathing, spreading scratch and brown coats, and color coating.
